It's really great when unplanned things just fall into place so perfectly. I stumbled upon some beautiful poppies and ranunculi at a local flower shop and decided to grab some (as well as some foliage and fillers) with no plans with what to do with them. The next day I foraged some more lovely foliage on a walk with a friend and then decided to use it all and make a hand tied bouquet that night. I gave myself the brief of a really big textural bouquet that spilled out to the sides. Once I finished, I decided I wanted to take photos of it (I am also a wedding photographer) and I needed a model. Lucky for me the first girl I asked, Gabriella who I had shot a few times in the past, was available the next afternoon so we locked it in and I rummaged though my closet for a white dress I bought on ebay for shoots years ago. Gab was the perfect model for this style shoot with her stunning porcelain skin and long wavy hair. I am so stoked with the results. Feast your eyes on these beautiful blooms!
